We do not accept any returns or offer refunds on our products, but we’ll gladly extend an exchange or store credit within the first seven (7) days of receipt of your order. Exchanges and/or store credits will only be offered if you believe that your purchase is defective. We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are in fact flawed. *Please note any exchanges received will be charged a 15% restocking fee (not including return shipping and new shipping fees)*

If you believe your product(s) are unsatisfactory, within the first 7 days of receipt, please email info@hairforthegirls.com with your order number and we will further assist you. Please note that before any exchange, store credit or replacement is honored, we must receive the hair back in our possession to inspect the quality of the item(s).

We do not offer refunds, replacements or exchanges to any custom orders or if you have altered/manipulated the hair in any way (coloring, cutting, etc).

Please allow 10-14 business days to process your order (12-16 business days during sale/holiday times frames). Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification with status updates, including when it has shipped. 

You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to cancel. Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours will not be granted.
